About The Role
CodeVertex Innovations is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to ensure precise maintenance of data records, update documentation, uphold quality standards, and support organized remote workflows. This position plays a vital role in keeping internal data accurate, well-structured, and readily accessible for business operations.
Responsibilities
- Input, update, and manage accurate information within internal databases, spreadsheets, and workflow platforms.
- Verify incoming data for completeness, proper formatting, duplicate entries, and consistency.
- Maintain organized digital documentation following company procedure guidelines.
- Effectively communicate progress, missing details, and any discrepancies to team leads.
- Safeguard customer, applicant, business, and operational data with strict confidentiality protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent focus on detail combined with strong communication, organizational skills, and dependability.
- Capability to perform remote work independently with accountability and consistent follow-through.
