Nair Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Data & AI Project Lead to join their Qatar operations. This role demands extensive expertise in managing sizable Data and AI projects, especially within the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the lifecycle of project delivery including planning, execution, governance, and closure phases.
• Collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders across various business units, IT departments, and third-party partners.
• Implement Agile project management practices like sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and progress monitoring via JIRA.
• Lead Project Review Working Groups to provide timely updates, manage risks, and facilitate effective decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with vendors ensuring delivery adheres to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Track and manage project dependencies, potential risks, and escalation issues across diverse workstreams.
• Ensure the successful completion of initiatives focused on Data, Analytics, Governance, and AI, aligned closely with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 12 years of experience overseeing large-scale Data and AI projects, preferably in banking or financial services sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and AI technologies.
• Demonstrated capability in managing complex stakeholder environments and delivering projects within tight deadlines.
• Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies, with practical experience using JIRA and collaboration software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management abilities.
• Experience working in GCC countries or Qatar banking environment is highly preferred.
