Role: Customer Support / Success Professional

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a related professional domain.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proficient in reviewing and analyzing documents.
Excellent detail orientation and capability to adhere to structured procedures.

Preferred Experience

Background in customer support, service delivery, or customer success positions.
