Job Overview
Position: Customer Support Executive specialized in Malayalam Voice Process within the Telecom domain. The role is based at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai.
Eligibility and Experience
- Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months experience in any customer support role, supported by valid documentation.
- Graduates from any discipline are invited to apply.
- Applicants should possess strong communication skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
Compensation and Working Hours
- Salary offered ranges between ₹17,500 (Take Home) to ₹21,000 (Cost to Company).
- Work schedule includes 6 working days per week with 1 week off rotating weekly.
- Day shift only, with 8 hours of work plus a 1-hour break totaling a 9-hour shift.
Additional Benefits
- One-way travel ticket provided.
- Accommodation provided for 7 days for outstation candidates residing outside Tamil Nadu.
