Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process

About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to become part of our International Voice Process team based in Gurugram. This role involves providing exceptional customer support through voice communications and handling international client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the International Voice Process team to support customer needs.
• Manage customer queries and issues efficiently in a timely manner.
• Work effectively in rotational shifts as per organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least a graduate degree.
• Minimum six months experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory for experienced candidates.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent command over verbal English communication is essential.
• Strong aptitude for customer service and problem resolution.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shift schedules.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
