Customer Support Executive

Position Overview

Join our Customer Support team as an Associate or Senior Associate to effectively handle and resolve customer inquiries related to worldwide travel, both before and after trips. You will manage escalations, address customer complaints, and ensure all issues are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer queries concerning travel services globally.
• Handle escalations and dissatisfied customer complaints with professionalism.
• Ensure timely closure of faults and complaints adhering to SLAs.
• Solve routine problems by referring to precedent cases and established guidelines.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Educational qualification of at least Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any graduation.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi languages.
• Open to fresh graduates, with bulk hiring underway.
