About the Role
RG&T Solutions is looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to engage and retain clients in the hospitality SaaS sector. The role centers on managing client portfolios, supporting onboarding processes, and creating effective customer success strategies to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a diverse client portfolio within hospitality software solutions.
- Assist new customers through onboarding and initial product integration phases.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer success and engagement.
- Analyze customer success metrics and feedback to improve experiences.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to identify upselling chances and resolve client issues.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years in roles involving direct customer interaction.

Compensation and Benefits
