Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic about cars and automotive parts, and brings excellent customer service abilities. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with alternate Saturday mornings expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to trade customers both face-to-face and via telephone.
• Guide customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle parts and solutions.
• Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or suggest complementary products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with loyal customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, especially in automotive or trade sectors, is highly favored.
• Proficient computer skills, with basic knowledge of Excel being advantageous.
• A sincere interest in vehicles and their parts.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Able to perform accurately within a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player willing to contribute actively.
