Customer Service Executive - Insurance

Role Overview

The Customer Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing queries related to insurance policies, premiums, and claims. This position involves supporting policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals, alongside managing customer complaints and maintaining the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email concerning policies, premium payments, and claims processing.
• Assist customers through the procedures of policy issuance, endorsements, and renewing insurance policies.
• Handle and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately update and maintain customer information within the CRM database.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with customers.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns efficiently.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between INR 25,000 and INR 68,000.
