Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Deliver precise information and ensure timely problem resolution.
- Uphold superior customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to banking compliance protocols and procedural guidelines.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a graduate.
- At least 6 months experience in Banking/BFSI BPO sector.
- Proficiency in Telugu language is required.
- Good command over English and Hindi communication (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preference given to candidates who can join immediately.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging up to 40,000 INR.
- Annual salary up to ₹4.7 lakh depending on experience and interview performance.
Shift & Work Schedule
- Day shift working hours.
- 6 working days per week with Sunday fixed off.
Selection Process
- HR Interview.
- Operations round interview.
- AMCAT skills assessment.
- Client interview round.
