• Regularly follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed policy renewals.
• Foster robust customer relationships by offering prompt assistance and addressing basic inquiries efficiently.
• Accurately record customer interactions, follow-up progress, and policy closure information in CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee timely issuance of policies and support for customers.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary in the range of 12,000 to 21,000 INR.
