Padlet is looking for a Customer Experience Associate in Singapore to deliver high-quality support and help improve the overall customer journey.

Resolve customer questions and issues through phone and email communication.
Maintain a very high standard of support while handling customer conversations.
Track, document, and coordinate product bugs and feature requests with engineering teams.
Speak up for customers by spotting recurring issues and proposing improvements to processes, policies, and products.
Review and correct mistakes in the public Support Center and internal knowledge resources.
Work closely with colleagues across teams to find answers and assist teammates when needed.

Fluent English communication for customer support.
Curiosity about people and business, along with the ability to energize and engage others.
Background in customer-facing or client-facing work.
Open to feedback and committed to improving skills and performance.
Strong skills in organization, analysis, writing, and speaking.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly and handle changing situations confidently.
Good time management and prioritization habits.
A strong motivation to help people and improve the community experience.

This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time, onsite role.
