Role Overview
The Customer Care Executive will be tasked with delivering outstanding support to both prospective and current clients, specifically engaging with landowners, builders, layout sources, and business channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to clients related to real estate services.
- Interact and coordinate with landowners, builders, and business partners to facilitate smooth communication and transactions.
- Compile and submit comprehensive customer service reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to monitor and improve client interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience range: 1 to 3 years in customer service roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
