Job Overview
Seeking urgent hiring for 100 Tele Caller Executive positions at VGM Consultant Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. These roles involve working from the office with immediate joining requirements.
Language Requirements
- Tamil language speakers: 30 positions
- Kannada language speakers: 50 positions
Core Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to and from customers.
- Address customer questions and provide necessary information.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and services based on established procedures.
- Accurately maintain call records and update internal systems.
- Meet daily call volume and performance goals.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers at all times.
- Comply strictly with company policies and calling guidelines.
Candidate Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: PUC or Graduate degree.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Proficient communication skills in the relevant regional language (Tamil or Kannada).
- Basic familiarity with computer usage is necessary.
- DRA certification is preferred and can lead to higher salary offers.
- Experience in collections, sales, or customer support will be considered an advantage.
Working Schedule and Leave
Working on a rotational weekly off basis.
Salary Details
- PUC Freshers: ₹13,000 per month
- PUC with experience: ₹14,000 per month
- Graduate Freshers: ₹14,000 per month
- Graduates without experience or from other domains: ₹15,000 per month
- Graduates with collections, sales, or customer support experience: ₹16,000 per month
- PUC with DRA certification: ₹16,000 per month
- Graduate with relevant experience and DRA certification: ₹17,000 per month
- Graduate with relevant experience, DRA certification, and police verification: ₹18,000 per month
