Customer Care Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Altruist Technologies Pvt Ltd, focusing on the Airtel Black Gold process. This role requires dedication to providing excellent service and handling customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities and Role Details

• Handle customer care duties related to the Airtel Black Gold service.
• Engage actively with customers through telecalling.
• Work in rotational shifts spanning from 7 AM to 8 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have completed graduation.
• Possess good command over English communication skills.
• Have at least six months of telecalling experience.

Working Conditions and Compensation

• Salary range of 15,500 to 16,500 INR, take-home.
• Five working days per week with two weekly offs.
• Rotational shifts available for both male and female candidates.
