Role Overview
This position is responsible for the verification and management of aircraft engine maintenance documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to maintain documentation accuracy and support engine release processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and confirm that all Maintenance History File worksheets, vendor release certificates, and related documents are complete and accurately reflect completed work.
- Ensure maintenance records align with regulatory standards, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures.
- Verify availability and correctness of mandatory documents such as Life Limited Parts records, back-to-birth documentation, and airworthiness certificates within job packages.
- Conduct detailed engine logbook assessments, including Life Consumption Factor calculations and verification of LRU Time Since New/Overhaul, as well as Line Gate inspections during engine shop visits.
- Check consistency between reports, release tags, material labels, and the physical identification of engine parts during assembly.
- Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities in records and ensure prompt correction by operational teams.
- Engage in pre-induction meetings with cross-functional groups like Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and vendors to align on documentation and compliance aspects.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of engine release documentation and shop visit reports to customer management.
- Maintain, secure, and archive engine shop visit history and related records at P&WC or authorized vendor sites.
- Manage accurate data entry and updates in the Quality Control Track System for maintenance records.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Certification from Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) or equivalent in engine category.
- At least two years of relevant experience within maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), quality control, production planning, or scheduling environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint tools for data handling and presentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed to meet business and operational goals.

- Familiarity or hands-on experience with SAP or comparable enterprise information systems.
