CRM Executive

About the Role

Cellotape Industries is seeking a Customer Support/CRM Executive to effectively manage customer interactions via phone calls and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
• Effectively address and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Communicate confidently without hesitation, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers through courteous communication.
• Conduct follow-ups on orders, payments, and service requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed customer records and prepare daily reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Regular graduate with minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
• At least one year of experience in Customer Support, CRM, Customer Care, or Telecalling.
• Age between 24 and 32 years.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
• Confidence in speaking and quick problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Tally is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• Location is Rajguru Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
• Salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
• Only candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be considered.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
