Key Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will be well-trained to confidently manage various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Your role encompasses food preparation, order processing, and creating a welcoming environment where customers feel valued. Exceptional customer service and teamwork are fundamental in maintaining the friendly atmosphere for which Chipotle is known.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates exhibit a positive, enthusiastic approach towards helping customers and working with team members. A strong desire to learn extensive cooking skills is important. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) at the location.
