Role Overview

As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will manage creators' careers, help grow their audiences, and monetize their content. You will use in-house software and your expertise to negotiate brand deals, develop content strategies, and support talent growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolios of influencers, guiding their platform expansion and securing partnerships with brands.
• Recruit and sign emerging and established creators to expand our talent pool.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to book creators for campaigns.
• Collaborate internally to develop strategic growth plans for the agency’s client roster.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced, flexible remote work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent skills in communication and deal negotiation.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently to meet objectives.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in talent management, working with social media influencers, or in sales and marketing agencies is advantageous.
