Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assessing their clothing needs.
• Helping customers select appropriate ladies' apparel.
• Providing detailed information on products including features, sizes, colors, and pricing.
• Ensuring merchandise presentation and displays remain attractive.
• Addressing customer inquiries to maintain high service standards.
• Contributing towards meeting daily and monthly sales goals.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly store environment.
• Assisting in stock audits and organization of items.
• Operating billing processes and POS systems when necessary.
• Fostering strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Friendly demeanor coupled with a positive outlook.
• Basic familiarity with ladies’ fashion and apparel preferred.
