Job Overview

As a Counsellor, you will engage with potential students using various communication channels such as calls, emails, and digital platforms to guide them in their academic journey and admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out and interact with prospective students through calls, emails, and online platforms to establish contact.
• Assess students' academic history, career aspirations, and preferences to provide personalized guidance.
• Provide detailed information about undergraduate and postgraduate courses, universities, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.
• Offer counseling to help students select appropriate courses and university options aligning with their goals.
• Address inquiries concerning admissions, required documentation, and fee structures.
• Support students throughout the application procedure and enrollment stages.
• Perform follow-ups with prospective leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Keep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems updated and monitor lead progress effectively.
• Work towards meeting monthly targets for admissions and revenue generation.

Additional Information

Positions are based onsite within the Delhi-NCR region.

The offered salary range is from 18000 to 50000 INR monthly, commensurate with experience and performance.
