Practice and Clientele

The firm's Corporate lawyers provide comprehensive advice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, investments, disposals, reorganisations, and broader corporate advisory services. Their client base ranges from entrepreneurial and owner-managed companies to large corporations, investors, and multinational entities.

There is no strict client profile requirement; the team supports both small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger clients. The firm values quality clients and meaningful work without enforcing constraints on the practice's structure.

Candidate Expectations and Compensation

The ideal partner will have a strong record of securing new business and demonstrated capability in establishing and maintaining a thriving Corporate practice, with current annual billings expected to be approximately £600,000 to £700,000 minimum.

The remuneration package for the successful candidate is expected to be in the region of £300,000 to £350,000+, with significant opportunities to further grow both revenue and personal earnings.
