Role Overview
The Corporate Communications Supervisor will be responsible for designing and executing both internal and external communication plans. This role ensures consistent and clear messaging across varied platforms and manages stakeholder interactions effectively.
Key Duties
- Design and implement communication strategies for internal teams and external audiences.
- Create and distribute content via diverse communication mediums.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to maintain accurate and timely information flow.
- Handle media relations and nurture partnerships with external parties.
- Arrange and manage communication events both within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Address queries and complaints professionally, reinforcing positive relationships.
- Compile regular reports to assess the impact and effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Oversee social media channels to maintain consistent brand messaging.
