Primary Responsibilities

• Efficiently prepare and cook food orders following quality standards.
• Handle food preparation and portion control to maintain product consistency.
• Operate grilling and frying stations competently.
• Assemble and dress menu items as ordered.
• Package all menu items, ensuring consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness including trash removal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, wiping counters, and sanitizing food zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible, irregular schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt based on business demands.
• Good communication skills alongside basic math and reading competencies.
• Capability to follow instructions diligently.
• Commitment to meeting Sonic's appearance, uniform, and hygiene protocols.
• General knowledge or experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred but not mandatory.
• ServSafe certification is advantageous but not a requirement.
