Contracts Specialist

Overview

The Contracts Specialist will deliver comprehensive contractual and commercial assistance throughout the lifecycle of ADNOC Upstream Onshore projects. This position entails contract administration, managing commercial risks, supporting tender processes, overseeing change management, assessing claims, and ensuring adherence to ADNOC's contractual framework. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience supporting Upstream Oil & Gas and Early Production Facility projects during FEED, Detailed Engineering, and EPC stages within a Project Management Consultancy setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or their equivalent are preferred.

Experience Requirements

• At least 15 years of overall experience in contract administration and commercial management within the Oil & Gas sector.
• A minimum of 10 years' involvement in Project Management Consultancy roles.
• Mandatory proficiency in FEED, Detailed Engineering, and EPC phases of Oil & Gas projects.
• Demonstrated experience with ADNOC group projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Upstream Oil & Gas ventures including Early Production Facilities, Well Pads, Gathering Systems, Central Processing Facilities, and brownfield developments.
• Proven capability managing complex engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for significant onshore projects.
• Experience with brownfield modifications and operating live facilities is highly valued.
