Contracts Analyst

Role overview

You will join a compact contracts management function within a global commodities trading business in Singapore. This position offers broad exposure to a range of trading agreements and the chance to work closely with teams across local and regional markets.

What you'll do

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle for a variety of commodity trading transactions.
• Prepare and review sales and purchase agreements as well as general terms and conditions, using existing templates and precedents where available.
• Coordinate with trading, legal, and finance stakeholders to make sure commercial terms are consistent and executed without friction.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience handling contracts in a trading company or a closely related industry.
• Comfort working with a fair degree of independence in a lean team environment.
• A curious, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to spot issues and work through them proactively.
