Job Overview
Reporting to the Contract Controller, this role is dedicated to managing contracts preparation and renewal activities adhering to existing policies, ensuring company interests are safeguarded professionally and efficiently. The analyst supports supplier certification and pre-qualification, performs techno-commercial evaluations during contract renewals, and contributes to streamlining operations through process improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update contracts aligned with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Adhere to and promote compliance with established purchasing policies and procedures.
- Contribute to reviewing and formulating new operational procedures.
- Continuously monitor and assess supplier performance in conjunction with technical coordinators across group companies; initiate corrective measures to resolve deficiencies and supplier disputes.
- Finalize contractual agreements consistent with negotiated terms and conditions.
- Manage vendor complaint analysis, lead counseling sessions with vendors and internal departments, document minutes promptly, and oversee follow-ups on progress.
- Address supplier technical inquiries and collaborate with end-users and technical coordinators to evaluate technical proposals.
- Assist leadership by undertaking additional duties aimed at fulfilling company targets and programs.
- Conduct studies to simplify workflows through process redesign and automation initiatives.
- Participate actively in training new hires and trainees to develop procurement-related competencies within the team.
- Comply with ENOC's quality, environmental, health, and safety management system requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Between 5 to 7 years of direct experience within procurement roles, preferably in the oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors.
- Professional certification in contract negotiations and contract management is mandatory.
