Contract Manager - EPC for Utility-Scale Solar Projects

Role Overview

ERSG Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee multiple Utility-Scale Solar Farms throughout Ireland. The position will initially focus on managing one Solar/PV project before expanding support to other projects over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to effectively control risks and manage contract variations.
• Lead contract negotiations involving subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.
• Oversee claims management procedures.
• Administer and manage EPC contracts across several projects.
• Maintain strong cooperative relationships with clients, contractors, and third-party stakeholders.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role, primarily remote with an expectation of working from home 75% of the time; the remainder will involve site visits or office presence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience working as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market.
• Demonstrated expertise managing Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects following FIDIC standards.
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related commercial field is mandatory.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity

Salary ranges between €100,000 and €120,000 per annum, including bonus and benefits.
