Job description
Role Overview
The Contract Associate Analyst is primarily responsible for accurate and compliant member data uploads on the CHI platform, ensuring a smooth process by validating data integrity and resolving any issues related to member corrections, rejections, or delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Authenticate mandatory policy and member details before CHI uploads.
- Verify that National ID, Iqama, Border Number, Passport Number, and Member IDs correspond precisely with supporting documentation.
- Conduct pre-upload validations on member additions, deletions, transfers, and corrections to avoid rejections by CHI.
- Investigate discrepancies between client census data, internal systems, and CHI criteria.
- Analyze reasons for rejections, coordinate amendments, and resubmit data adhering to SLA timeframes.
- Validate policy effective, enrollment, and renewal dates in line with underwriting approvals and policy configurations.
- Manage updates including date of birth corrections, identity document changes, relationship updates, and member transfers among groups.
- Monitor member upload statuses until acceptance and linkage on the CHI portal, escalating unresolved matters promptly.
- Ensure all data transfers comply with regulatory mandates and internal standards.
- Create reports detailing validation errors, rejection analyses, SLA adherence, and recommendations to enhance upload accuracy and reduce failure rates.
- Maintain timely review and action on the Validation mailbox within SLA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in benefit setup or insurance policy management within the health insurance sector.
- Hands-on experience with benefit configuration tools and administrative systems.
- Understanding of medical insurance coverages, CHI upload processes, and eligibility procedures.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as CHI, IA, and Nphies.
Skills
- Superior attention to detail combined with analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel and Word, and data entry platforms.
