Role Overview

The Content & Social Media Strategist will play a pivotal role in building and expanding the PaulAi brand’s presence. This position involves creating captivating content, engaging audiences across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and shaping the market introduction of AI technology for clinic owners globally.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, edit, schedule, and publish engaging social media content tailored for different platforms.
• Convert podcasts, webinars, interviews, livestreams, and event footage into appealing short-form videos.
• Refresh existing content into new platform-specific formats like Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and LinkedIn updates.
• Create compelling hooks, headlines, captions, and messages for posts.
• Utilize Canva and other graphic editing tools to produce professional graphics, thumbnails, and social media assets.
• Support or lead podcast and interview production, extracting key messages that resonate with physical therapy clinics.
• Collaborate with creative personnel including videographers to develop diverse content types.
• Analyze social media analytics to detect growth opportunities and performance trends.
• Propose innovative content strategies and campaigns to boost audience engagement and brand expansion.
• Contribute to long-term content planning aligned with the PaulAi brand vision.
• Remain updated on new social media trends and features.
• Work closely with the founder and leadership team to brainstorm and implement new content concepts, ensuring optimization for each platform.

Candidate Profile

• Intuitive understanding of content messaging and creation.
• Basic editing proficiency including captioning, headline crafting, pacing, and content formatting.
• Experience with Canva and social media management tools for scheduling and posting.
• Proven ability to produce and plan content across multiple social channels.
• Comfortable engaging directly with founders and senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Bonus: Experience in podcasting, live-stream content, or managing social accounts for brands or creators.
• Bonus: Skilled in copywriting, marketing strategy, and familiar with AI technologies and social media analytics.
• Aptitude for thriving in highly active environments, taking direct feedback constructively, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and embracing ownership and responsibility.
• Passion for balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a startup atmosphere.
