Content Creator and Writer (Night Shift)

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Content Creator and Writer to join our team on the night shift in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will craft engaging and original content tailored for various social media platforms and help drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop unique and high-quality content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan and implement monthly content calendars aligned with business targets and market trends.
• Create compelling captions, headlines, and copy optimized for audience interaction and SEO.
• Design or coordinate creation of visual content such as graphics, reels, short videos, carousels, and stories.
• Keep abreast of current social media trends, viral content, platform updates, and industry standards.
• Manage regular posting schedules ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.
• Engage with audience responses by monitoring comments and messages while maintaining a positive brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, video editors, and marketers to deliver impactful content.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and suggest improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Conduct research on hashtags, keywords, and competitors to boost organic discoverability.
• Support social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives through effective content execution.
• Maintain adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, and company marketing goals in all output.
• Repurpose long-form materials into various social media formats for maximizing audience reach.
• Organize and maintain a repository of creative assets, ideas, and campaign resources for future use.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong storytelling skills combined with creative thinking.
• Familiarity with basic editing software such as Canva and CapCut.
• Understanding of content strategies specific to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or native platform insights.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver within set deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail along with strong organizational capabilities.

Compensation and Work Conditions

The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 INR. This position requires working night shifts at our Ahmedabad location.
