TRA is looking for a Consultant Quant to join its Auckland team. What this role involves

• Carrying out research work with increasing ownership and variety.
• Working with data to identify meaningful patterns and insights.

What you need

• About 1 to 2 years of experience in research, preferably in an agency environment.
• A degree in statistics, marketing, psychology, economics, or a closely related field.
• Comfort and confidence working with quantitative data.
• The ability to recognise important trends and patterns.
• Strong communication skills for explaining insights clearly.
• Natural curiosity about people and the way they think, decide, and behave.
