About EP One Manpower
With over a decade of experience, EP One Manpower has been dedicated to assisting families across Singapore in securing suitable domestic helpers. As the company grows, it seeks a proactive and self-motivated Sales Consultant to independently generate business and manage comprehensive maid placement services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain your own client pipeline through active prospecting, engaging local networks, securing referrals, and innovative lead generation methods.
- Manage the entire placement process by understanding family requirements, matching them with appropriate foreign domestic workers (FDWs), arranging interviews, addressing client concerns, and facilitating confident hiring decisions.
- Ensure meticulous handling of all agency and Ministry of Manpower-related documentation to guarantee compliance and smooth processing of placements.
- Provide continuous post-placement support to clients to ensure successful adjustment, leading to repeat business and recommendations.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a valid CEI or KAH certification is compulsory.
- A proven minimum of two years' experience in agency or commission-based sales, demonstrating an ability to self-source and convert clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with the capacity to sustain a demanding six-day work week.
Compensation and Work Details
- Starting base salary of SGD 3200.
- Generous uncapped commission structure that rewards performance.
- Work locations include Hougang, Bukit Timah, and Sin Ming in Singapore.
