Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Lube Oil Specialist to join our Condition Monitoring Team at our Eastern Saudi Arabia site. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in oil sample analysis within the oil and gas sector and possess strong leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a team of Lube Oil Technicians.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Possess a Technical Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrate at least 10 years of hands-on experience in oil sampling analysis, specifically within the oil and gas industry.
• Exhibit proficiency in administrative skills necessary to lead and coordinate a team of Lube Oil Technicians effectively.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior employees, fostering professional growth.
