Role Overview
We seek a motivated and experienced Concession Manager with at least one year working in or managing a premium retail or fragrance concession. This role will be based at Fenwick's Canterbury, where you will lead your team to achieve continued success by delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and managing operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your team by example to deliver an engaging and immersive customer journey, connecting with both new and loyal customers.
- Coach and develop Sales Consultants to think commercially and collaboratively, fostering a high-performing team culture focused on exceeding sales targets.
- Manage sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing data insights to control costs and enhance Molton Brown’s presence in the retail market.
- Create and execute brand activation events to maximize sales opportunities and increase customer engagement.
- Maintain high retail and operational standards to ensure the concession is always impeccable and reflects brand aspirations.
