Compounder

Role Overview

As a Compounder based in Tuas, Singapore, you will support daily activities within the Manufacturing Department, ensuring all production aligns with strict safety and quality protocols.

Primary Duties

• Precisely weigh and mix materials following specific formulas using various compounding machines over set durations.
• Collect and forward samples to Quality Control for approval, completing all necessary production documentation.
• Inspect materials for particular traits such as color and scent, adhering carefully to formula guidelines.
• Package and fill finished goods or intermediate products appropriately.
• Identify and verify materials against orders and labels, create product and sample labels, and examine containers both inside and out before filling and handling.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold at least a Professional Certificate or NITEC in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate a positive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are advantageous.
• Must be physically capable of lifting equipment weighing approximately 25 kg.
