Compliance Analyst

Role overview

Keep Learning UY is hiring a part-time Compliance Analyst to work remotely from Australia. This position supports the organization in meeting both regulatory obligations and internal governance standards.

What you will do

In this role, you will keep track of changes in regulations, examine internal workflows and documentation, and spot possible compliance gaps. You will also carry out scheduled and one-off compliance checks, work with teams across the organization to resolve issues, and help create or refresh policies and procedures.

Another part of the job is to prepare concise reports and summaries for relevant stakeholders, suggest practical improvements, and contribute to training or awareness efforts that strengthen compliance understanding across the business.

Qualifications

Success in this position calls for a strong base in regulatory compliance and auditing, along with the ability to assess processes, detect risks, and verify alignment with applicable standards. You should also bring analytical capability and finance knowledge to interpret information, understand the financial impact of compliance decisions, and support risk evaluation.

Clear communication is essential, as you will need to produce easy-to-follow reports, engage with different stakeholders, and explain findings effectively. Strong attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to juggle several tasks in a remote, part-time setup are also important.

Experience in compliance, risk management, or a closely related area is preferred, and candidates with academic training in Business, Finance, Law, or a similar field are a strong fit.
