Position Overview
The Community Relations Representative acts as the primary on-site contact for residents, aiming to build strong relationships, facilitate communication, support smooth move-ins and move-outs, retain residents, and address customer inquiries and concerns swiftly and professionally.
Core Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating residents' needs and promptly resolving their questions and concerns.
- Maintain community common spaces and grounds according to company standards, proactively seeking and fixing any safety hazards.
- Manage administrative tasks related to resident services and ensure accurate record-keeping on designated platforms.
- Enhance operational efficiency by utilizing both new and existing technologies effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient with Google Suite applications.
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license and maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.
- Daily travel between community locations may be necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly salary ranges from $21.35 to $25.43 depending on experience, role tenure, internal peer salaries, business sector, and location. Full-time employees receive competitive benefits including paid time off, 401(k) matching, and health insurance plans.
