Community Manager (SG/ ID/ VN/ PH/ TH)

About the Role

Reson8 Asia is hiring a Community Manager to manage ongoing conversations and interactions across social channels for clients in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Thailand. The position involves keeping online communities active, ensuring customer inquiries are handled well, and helping brands maintain high standards of social customer care. The company has been managing national-level conversations since 2012 and has worked with well-known clients including HPB and Mazda.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for client social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Engage with community members and customers in a professional, approachable, and prompt way to strengthen and sustain community participation.
• Track positive and negative conversations, identify trending topics, support engagement growth, and help resolve issues that could harm brand perception.
• Prepare detailed reports on community sentiment, key trends, and observations, and share useful feedback with the team or client.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in community management.
• Strong command of English and fluency in the native language of the relevant country: Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, or Thailand.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Comfortable using major social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and handle constructive criticism well.
• Interest in technology, social media, and digital content.
