Role Overview
Join T-Hub as a Community Manager to play a vital role in cultivating one of India's largest startup ecosystems. This position involves creating impactful experiences that foster connections among founders, investors, mentors, and partners both in physical venues and across digital platforms. Your mission will be to nurture an innovation-friendly environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee T-Hub’s event calendar including Demo Days, Founder Meetups, Investor Evenings, Roundtables, Workshops, and Networking Events to build a vibrant physical community.
- Craft engaging and educational experiences that promote learning, collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful networking opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with startup founders, mentors, investors, alumni, corporate associates, and ecosystem partners.
- Keep T-Hub's physical spaces dynamic, engaging, and community-focused.
- Manage and grow digital community platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack, and newsletters, implementing content and engagement strategies consistent with T-Hub's brand identity.
- Celebrate achievements within the startup ecosystem, share inspiring stories, and encourage active participation and rich dialogue among members.
- Analyze community engagement metrics such as participation rates, member retention, and feedback to assess community health and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with teams in Startup Programs, Funding Desk, Mentorship, and Corporate Innovation to weave community spirit into all major initiatives.
- Continuously collect community insights to enhance member experience and strengthen T-Hub’s standing as a premier destination for founders and innovators.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 5 to 8 years of experience in areas like Community Management, Event Planning, Startup Ecosystem, Hospitality, Editorial, Brand Management, Media, or Experience Design.
- Proven ability to organize events and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills paired with demonstrated content creation capabilities.
- Experience fostering lively and engaged online communities.
- Adept at building and sustaining meaningful professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple activities in a dynamic work environment.
- Creative approach with high attention to detail and a passion for startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecosystem development.
