Role Overview

We seek an energetic and presentable Community Game Master and Content Host to spearhead local recreational activities and produce quality video content from these events. The role involves organizing and refereeing games such as table tennis, volleyball, chess tournaments, and beach outings while serving as the event's on-camera personality. You will adhere to brand standards to capture raw footage and host brief video segments, subsequently providing this media to the marketing team for final editing and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and officiate various recreational games, tournaments, and social events.
• Engage and welcome participants, ensure smooth game progression, clarify rules, and maintain high energy levels during activities.
• Handle the transportation, setup, and packing of event equipment.
• Serve as the on-camera host for events, conducting interviews, showcasing game highlights, and providing quick summaries.
• Record high-quality video and photo content following creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw media files to the internal marketing department post-events.
