Collections Executive

Overview

QSC Solutions seeks motivated and results-driven Collection Executives to bolster their team in Satna. The position focuses on engaging with customers to address overdue payments, facilitating repayment negotiations, and ensuring timely recovery while upholding professionalism and customer-centric communication.

Key Duties

• Initiate contact with customers via phone and conduct field visits when necessary to discuss pending payments.
• Consistently follow up to recover dues within designated accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans aligned with company policies.
• Record collection activities, customer communications, and payment promises accurately in the system.
• Address customer queries related to payments and liaise with internal departments as needed.
• Achieve set collection goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Adhere to organizational policies and legal regulations during all customer interactions.
• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of customer data.
