Collection Telecalling Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Collection Telecalling Executive to contact clients or companies in order to collect overdue payments and settle any related disagreements. This role involves communicating and negotiating payment plans consistent with our policies, maintaining accurate documentation of collections, and generating reports for management review.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals and businesses to recover outstanding payments and address disputes.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements in accordance with company guidelines.
• Keep thorough records of collection activities and prepare detailed management reports.

Additional Information

This position offers an additional incentive of up to Rs 10,000 based on performance.
