Collection Executive / Officer

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Field Executive to oversee and manage several debt recovery accounts within designated regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits based on assigned cases.
• Efficiently manage various recovery accounts simultaneously.
• Negotiate with customers and secure overdue payments.
• Maintain daily records of visits and collection progress.
• Work closely with the reporting manager ensuring prompt follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Ownership of a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to work actively in the field to meet collection goals.
• Prior experience in debt recovery or field collections is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency with smartphone applications for reporting purposes.
