Collection Executive

About the Role

Fintech Cloud Private Limited is seeking motivated individuals to join as Collection Executives at their Udyog Vihar, Phase 4, Sector 18, Gurugram office. This role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹35,000 based on experience. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. The position involves working 6 days a week.

Key Duties

• Contact customers to remind them about overdue payments and resolve payment issues.
• Negotiate payment arrangements effectively to maximize recovery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of collections and reports.
• For sales responsibilities: generate leads, convert prospects, build client relationships, meet monthly targets, and prepare related reports.
• For credit responsibilities: verify customer documentation, evaluate creditworthiness, process applications, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation integrity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 2 years experience relevant to collections, sales, or credit roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
