Company Overview
RusMWO is centered on a revived body of work from early 20th-century researcher Georgy Lakhovsky, whose studies examined how varied types of radiation interacted with living cells and disease-causing microbes. Building on those ideas, he developed devices intended to support human and plant health while limiting harmful microorganisms, and he is also reported to have applied oscillator-based technology in cancer treatment. RusMWO’s mission is to bring this once-sidelined technology back into modern use and to explain to the public and scientific audiences how it functions and what it may offer.
Role Summary
This is a full-time remote Co-Founder position based in the United Arab Emirates. The person in this role will help define the organization’s strategic direction, business model, and growth plan. The position calls for a mix of hands-on work and senior-level judgment in a lean, early-stage setting.
Key Focus Areas
- Carry out market research and scientific research to support business decisions.
- Shape and sharpen the company’s positioning and messaging.
- Build relationships and partnerships with customers, researchers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts, including go-to-market planning.
- Strengthen the brand across both digital and offline channels.
- Support fundraising, budgeting, and operational planning.
- Contribute to hiring, team formation, and company culture.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical ability to review research output, market signals, and business metrics, then use those insights to guide decisions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with partners, clients, teammates, and external stakeholders.
- Sales capability to uncover opportunities, build trust, negotiate terms, and close business in B2B and B2C settings.
- Marketing experience or aptitude for creating campaigns, shaping brand identity, and generating awareness and demand.
- Entrepreneurial orientation, ideally with exposure to or interest in early-stage ventures in health, wellness, or technology.
- Comfort working autonomously in a remote setup while managing several priorities and owning outcomes.
