Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team at Onelist Technology Llp located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will efficiently operate CNC machines, particularly CNC Turning Centres and Sliding Head machines, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery in alignment with production and specific job requirements.
• Manage CNC Turning Centre and Sliding Head machines, with prior experience highly regarded.
• Carry out tasks such as loading, unloading, and making basic adjustments to tools on machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Conduct inspections of components using precision instruments like Vernier calipers and Micrometers.
• Monitor machine performance to maintain dimensional precision.
• Keep detailed production and quality documentation up to date.
• Adhere to 5S methodology, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures on the shop floor.
• Contribute towards meeting daily production targets and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in operating CNC machinery.
• Basic proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Skillful use of measuring tools such as Verniers and Micrometers.
• Strong commitment to maintaining shop-floor discipline.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
