Role Overview

We are recruiting for a full-time, on-site Clinical Research Coordinator in Surrey, BC. This role involves managing the daily operations of clinical trials, guaranteeing adherence to study protocols, and serving as a liaison among patients, research teams, and medical professionals. Key tasks include gathering and recording research data, obtaining informed consent from participants, and upholding strict compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least three years of experience functioning as a Research Coordinator.
• Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or an equivalent credential.
• In-depth understanding of the informed consent process along with the capability to clearly convey study information to participants.
• Strong familiarity with research protocols and proven ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in clinical research, particularly with Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials and clinical trial management.
• Competence in orchestrating all phases of research activities.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
