Client Success Manager / Agency Project Manager

Role Overview

Smith Brothers Media is seeking an ambitious Client Success Manager or Agency Project Manager to steer innovative enterprise projects within our growing agency. As a crucial member of our Enterprise team, you will ensure the timely and high-quality completion of enterprise projects across website, software, and app development, along with ongoing retainer engagements. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients spanning development, creative, and marketing, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and client goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities across technical, creative, and marketing teams using varied project management methodologies.
• Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining transparent communication of client requirements.
• Track project milestones to ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.
• Oversee project budgeting to maintain financial targets.
• Provide consistent updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
• Build and nurture trusted partnerships with clients throughout project lifecycles.
• Utilize ClickUp as the primary project management platform.
• Manage timely invoice dispatch.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including project plans, meeting notes, and progress reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, client success, account management, or digital production preferably within an agency setting.
• Competence in managing technical projects alongside design, UI/UX, and marketing efforts.
• Demonstrable experience handling enterprise clients across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Strong client-facing skills, viewing clients as partners focused on their success and ROI.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex scenarios to deliver business-centric solutions.
• Exceptional organizational capacity to succeed in a fast-paced professional atmosphere.
• Proven record of translating client needs into successful project deliveries.
• Solid expertise in managing project budgets.
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Preferred experience within digital marketing or agency environments.
