About the Role

As a Client Program Specialist at Picarro, you will be integral to the Customer Success team, managing day-to-day operations of managed-service programs that support gas distribution utilities using Advanced Mobile Leak Detection (AMLD) technology. Picarro’s platform assists utilities in detecting natural gas leaks, measuring emissions, and prioritizing maintenance efforts.

Responsibilities

Act as the main operational liaison for service providers, coordinating schedules, deliverables, and resolving issues to ensure adherence to Picarro’s standards.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, dependencies, and escalate concerns with actionable recommendations to the Client Program Manager.
Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards, performing quality assurance and control on data to guarantee accuracy prior to customer delivery.
Analyze performance data to detect patterns and risks, communicating insights to management and customers clearly.
Provide initial software support for Picarro’s platforms to internal and client users, escalating complex problems appropriately.
Maintain effective communication with service providers, customers, and internal teams to keep projects aligned and assist with customer updates alongside the Program Manager.
Keep program documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides up to date, and help improve workflows across multiple projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, analytics, operations, or a related discipline, with at least two years experience in data analysis, project coordination, or operations. Relevant internships or academic projects count toward experience.
Proven capability to analyze complex and large datasets with attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel features like pivot tables, formulas, and data validation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with external providers and customers.
Ability to prioritize and handle shifting tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven with capacity to work independently and be accountable in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience

Background in natural gas, utilities, energy, or infrastructure industries.
Familiarity with advanced mobile leak detection technologies, field data collection, or technology implementations.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of GIS platforms like ESRI or QGIS.
Experience managing external vendors or service providers.

Compensation and Benefits

The full-time position offers a base salary between $70,000 and $90,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
